Happy Holidays, All! Hope you're having a great warm-up to your festivities! It's been a pretty busy last couple months---training players and civvies at Twist Conditioning, became a PowerPlate Master Trainer during a weeklong instensive in Phoenix (if you'd like more info about this pretty amazing machine, email me) and working South Van's young players at their Winter Camps. Also talking lots with Marty and Big League Experience about upcoming Super Clinics for coaches and players.

in North Vancouver
December 28th-31st from 1:30pm-2:45pm. Twist is also providing hockey, adult sport conditioning and Speed & Quickness camps same dates in other timeslots if you'd like to double up!
